Refund / Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation received between 0 Hours to 24 Hours of arrival time : 1 day retention/cancellation charges.
  • Cancellation received 24 Hours prior : 50% retention/cancellation charges on the total booking amount.
  • Cancellation received 07 days prior to arrival date : 25% retention/cancellation charges on the total booking amount.
  • Cancellation received between 0 Hours to 12 Hours of arrival time / No-show: 100% retention/cancellation charges on the total booking amount.

(Please note the refund will be processed in 30 working days post sending us a cancellation request.)

Home Stay / Regulations

  • According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the Resort. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Adhaar Card and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note:- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  • Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid Visa.
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
  • The primary guest checking in to the Resort must be at least 18 years of age.
  • The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
  • The primary guest checking in to the Resort must be at least 18 years of age.
  • The standard check-in time is 1 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 AM. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with Resort phone number. You can contact the Resort directly for early check-in or late check-out.

Early Check In

  • Arrival 0 – 4 hours prior to standard check in time – No Charges.
  • Arrival 4 – 6 hours prior to standard check in time – 50% Charges of the first night of arrival.
  • Arrival 6 – 12 hours prior to standard check in time – 100% Charge of the first night of arrival.

Late Check Out

  • Departure 0 – 4 hours Post the standard check in time – No Charges.
  • Departure 4 – 6 hours Post the standard check in time – 50% Charges of the last night of check out.
  • Departure 6 – 12 hours Post the standard check in time – 100% Charges of the last night of check out.

  • The room tariff excludes all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out.
  • The Resort reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in.
  • The Resort reserves the right of admission for local residents. Accommodation can be denied to guests residing in the same city.
